The XGO Men’s Flame Retardant Phase2 Pant Desert Sand is a midweight under garment featuring a blend of Modacrylic and rayon giving superior protection and flame retardance whilst keeping the wearer comfortable over extended periods in colder climates. The inclusion of clean seams means that the pant wont chafe or rub when used for extended duties.
Phase 2 FR : ‘Mid-weight – slightly heavier texture than FR1 garments. Insulating thermal properties and flame-retardant fabric are designed for cooler weather activity’.

XGO’s Phase 2 FR garments are designed so that the user is kept warm and comfortable in cooler temperatures. Adding the extra safety provided by fire retardance the blend of Modacrylic and Rayon gives the user peace of mind whilst working.
The FR treatment has inherent qualities which cannot be washed or worn out, and the Thermal Protective Performance values (after-flame, no-drip) exceed the USA’s National Fire Protection Association standards (ASTM D6413).
